How much does a telehealth visit cost?
Every phone or video telehealth consultation costs $75. Additional tests, medications, or other services may involve separate charges.
Will I speak directly with Dr. Maloney?
Yes. Every medical appointment is personally conducted by Dr. Brandt Maloney. You will not be assigned a rotating provider or receive an automated medical consultation.
Can I choose a phone visit instead of video?
Yes. The practice offers both phone and video appointments. Dr. Maloney may recommend video or an in-person examination when your medical concern requires visual assessment or hands-on evaluation. We recommend starting with a phone appointment.
Are appointments available the same day?
Same-day appointments are offered subject to availability. Available appointment times are shown during booking.
Can I get a prescription during my visit?
If medically appropriate and permitted under applicable prescribing rules, Dr. Maloney may prescribe medication. A prescription is never guaranteed and depends on clinical evaluation.
What if my condition needs in-person care?
Dr. Maloney may recommend an in-person examination, testing, or another care setting when telehealth is not appropriate. Local house-call services are offered separately around Temecula, subject to availability.
