Experiencing a medical emergency? Call 911 immediately. This booking system is not monitored for emergencies and is not a way to obtain emergency medical assistance.
Important Appointment & Safety Information
Scheduled care, not emergency care: ElitePain Concierge provides scheduled medical appointments. Telehealth is not appropriate for every medical condition, and some symptoms require an in-person examination, testing, or emergency evaluation.
When to seek emergency care: If you experience chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, stroke-like symptoms, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, or other potentially life-threatening symptoms, call 911 immediately.
Do not wait for a response: Appointment requests, scheduling messages, and text inquiries are not monitored continuously for emergencies. Do not rely on a booking request or message to obtain immediate medical assistance. If your condition worsens while awaiting an appointment, seek appropriate in-person medical care promptly.
